What are LexisSmart Precedents and how are documents created?

LexisSmart Precedents are simple questionnaires which quickly generate one or more output documents based on your responses to the questionnaire. The output documents are intended to be well developed, tailored precedents. They save you the burden of finding and putting together the necessary elements of a document or suite of documents, thus freeing you up to focus on the legal details of the transaction. Each questionnaire contains detailed relevant guidance throughout in order to ensure that we help you fully understand the legal implications of the questions being asked and the responses you are giving.
